Computer Assets will be responsible for implementation of the Customer's system to satisfy the requirements of the converged communication system for Customer. A senior level project manager will plan, direct, and report on the effort necessary to satisfy the requirements of the bid. The project manager is Customer's single point-of-contact, who will direct all Customer's activities performed by Computer Assets. A chosen client project manager will serve as Computer Assets' principal point-of-contact.

Computer Assets will use its standard practices of project management and review analysis to control all aspects of the project including: planning, management, engineering, procurement, assembly, installation, integration, testing; training; quality assurance; and support of hardware, software, and data.
