The State of Texas Qualified Information Systems (QISV) Program
The QISV program was started in 1993 and is now governed by the General Services Commission (GSC). QISV program began as a procurement vehicle to ensure quality products and services to state agencies. Since, Computer Assets is a major player in the Educational vertical market, almost 95% of School Districts in the State of Texas use QISV Vendors as their Technology Partners.

QISV requires that a vendor have an online catalogue representing all its products and services.
