Program Overview

The technical curriculum envelops many different aspects of network maintenance and administration. Topics range from cable termination and fiber polishing to advanced network management techniques. This training regimen is an essential part of Computer Assets overall service offerings to our customers. Training sessions are scheduled approximately every four months. Training manuals are developed to provide succinct instructions for implementing solutions and management features. All materials and presentations are made available to each participant and can be utilized for institutional training or as onsite manuals. All training is hands on and offers a free and open forum through which our clients are able share techniques and issues. These training sessions are provided at various locations through out the southwest. The training is provided to Computer Assets customers at no charge, however, customers are responsible for travel and per diem costs. We believe this exchange gives our company a better feel for the service requirement of our customer.
